Authentic Chinese Cooking Tutor Nantawan Knight
Chinese cuisine is well known and loved for the lightly prepared dishes packed with spice, freshness and well-balanced flavours based on the five senses: hot (chilli), sour (tamarind), salty (fish sauce), sweet (palm sugar) and bitter (lime).
This is a hands-on cookery course for students who wish to enhance their knowledge of Chinese cuisine by cooking traditional meals using fresh spices and vegetables. This is ideal for all students with a passion for food who love to experience different flavours, culture and culinary delights using recipes that have their roots in the orient.
Suitable for beginners and those with some previous knowledge.
Any extra cost incurred during course: Recipes and the ingredients list will be sent one week prior to the start of the first class.
Equipment to be provided by student: Please bring an apron, tea towels and all ingredients as listed in the recipes sent to you, also some suitable containers to take your delightful food home in.
