Easy Vegetarian Cooking Tutor: Helen Wood
Join us and get inspired to learn to create nutritious and delicious vegetarian dishes to impress your family and friends.These are fun and informal sessions designed to give you the opportunity to try wholesome healthy foods, meet new people and learn more about the effects of an improved healthy diet. You do not need to be vegetarian to attend.
Recipes we are likely to include are Cauliflower Crust pizza, Tortilla Wrap quiche, Savoury Quinoa muffins, Quinoa, lentil and feta salad,Vegan Bakewell tart and lots more.
The course allows time for some information sharing around going vegan and vegetarian and maintaining a healthy diet plus recipes and cooking.
Any extra cost incurred during course: Recipes and the ingredients list will be sent one week prior to the start of the first class.
Equipment to be provided by student: Please bring an apron, dish cloth, tea towels and all ingredients as listed in the recipes sent to you, also some suitable containers to take your delightful food home in.
