These free sessions will be fun and informal to inspiring popular chart music through the decades and music from films and musicals.
The class will start with a warm up, followed by centre work both seated and standing and will involve the learning of simple low impact dance routines.
Seated exercises will be performed in the second half of the class to improve strength, followed by a cool down and stretch to improve range of movement to conclude the class.
A chance for socialising and having fun whilst improving your fitness and wellbeing.

Equipment to be provided by student: Appropriate footwear and clothing and a bottle of water or fruit juice.
