You will practice listening, speaking, reading and writing skills in a supportive manner. Students will make genuine progress and gain a real sense of achievement as they learn to communicate and carry out simple tasks.
Throughout the course you will learn to:
- Go shopping for food in French
- Buy tickets and understand announcements when travelling by train
- Describe your daily routine and what you do in your free time
- Go shopping for clothes and shoes, and order on line
- Make enquiries at a tourist office
There is no formal testing. Your work will be monitored by your tutor and you will have regular homework involving preparation and grammar or written exercises. Courses are run over ten week terms; three per year and you will be able to join these to further develop skills.
