Come and Join us to learn the secrets of making amazing spicy and delicious Indian cuisine bursting with the flavours of deep aromatic spices.
This hands on course will take you step by step through each recipe showing you lots of hints and tips including different spices and the best way to roast, grind and pound and how to balance and temper the spices. Vegetarian options are also available and at the end of the evening you’ll take home all your lovely cooking to enjoy with friends and family.
Any extra cost incurred during course: Recipes and the ingredients list will be sent one week prior to the start of the first class.
Equipment to be provided by student: Please bring an apron, tea towels and all ingredients as listed in the recipes sent to you, also some suitable containers to take your delightful food home in.
