Mindfulness will help you discover that you don’t have to live with with all the unhelpful thoughts and feelings that our minds tend to throw up in reaction to stressful

Mindfulness is a popular type of meditation which is a way to increase your awareness of the present moment, using techniques like breathing and yoga.

At the end of the course attendees should;

  • be able to approach stress and stressful situations a different way
  • understand how their body reacts to stress
  • be shown and given chance to practice stress management techniques
  • Mindfulness will help you discover that you don’t have to live with with all the unhelpful thoughts and feelings that our minds tend to throw up in reaction to stressful experiences. It helps us to change our relationship with them.
