This introductory vegan and vegetarian Indian cookery class is the perfect way to learn how to balance your spices with some delicious and unusual curries from the Indian Subcontinent

Learn how to identify all the different herbs and spices and the techniques and preparation of the most popular food.

Understand the basic ingredients of Indian Vegetarian and Vegan recipes including the preparation and cooking of meals at home for the family.

Any extra cost incurred during course: Recipes and the ingredients list will be sent one week prior to the start of the first class.

Equipment to be provided by student: Please bring an apron, dish cloth, tea towels and all ingredients as listed in the recipes sent to you, also some suitable containers to take your delightful food home in.
