Yoga for All Abilities – Tutor: Miranda Harrison
Yoga is a commonly known generic term for the physical, mental and spiritual practices or disciplines which originated in ancient India with a view to attain a state of permanent peace. We run five Yoga courses suitable for beginners to the more experienced student.
This classical Hatha Yoga course aims to develop Yoga as a life-science/ art, further developing the whole person: body, mind, emotions, spirit —via Asana, Pranayama, Dharana, Mudra and philosophy. The course welcomes beginners and is ideal for students who wish to improve & develop further. All costs are included in these courses. Students are advised to bring a mat and a bottle of water or juice. (An exercise mat /camping mat will do to start with).
